The Marion Public Library site is in the heart of uptown Marion, at the intersection of 6th Avenue and 11th Street. A site development plan, final plat, and site plan of improvements was submitted to the City for approval.
Upon approval of the Site Development Plan, Anderson Bogert prepared the Site Plan of Improvements, including a grading plan, sanitary sewer and water main connection, storm sewer and subdrain plan and profiles, parking lot paving plans, traffic control plan, and more.
The Hallmar Village site is located just north of Cedar Rapids on C Avenue. This site is a large campus to help all stages of our elders from mental health to assisted living as well as a large wing for 55+ independent living in the 110,000+ sf building. This site has over 200 parking spaces including underground parking and an internal road system on approximately 42 acres.

Anderson Bogert was proud to provide planning and civil engineering for Linn Coop's new fertilizer facility in northern Linn County.
- Phase 1 (2021) established the site's core operations with construction of the main office, shop, loading bays, supporting site improvements, and conversion of an existing building into cold storage.
- Phase 2 (2025–2026) included construction of the new fertilizer plant.
- Future phases include a wash bay, additional warehouse space, and expanded office facilities.
The Douglas on First site is located on the southeast side of Cedar Rapids, near the intersection of 1st Ave and Crescent Street SE.
The site was thoughtfully designed to include modern amenities such as walkable sidewalks, private patio spaces, and an on-site dog park, providing residents with both convenience and a high quality of life.
