PROJECT SUMMARY: 

  • Project consisted of construction of an open pavilion at the Pinicon Ridge County Park in Central City for events
  • Site development included a new building, stormwater bioswales, site utilities, paving, drives, grading for a future trail project
  • Designed a realignment of the main park roadway to provide a safer larger curve near this new facility
  • Collaborated with Design Dynamics architects and Linn County Conservation to locate the building for optimal site visibility of the Wapsipinicon River
  • Provided construction review assistance and construction staking
