CLIENT: Pilot Travel Center

SUMMARY: Pilot Travel Center included development of an Interstate truck stop facility and associated site improvements. For this project, Anderson Bogert assisted with preliminary platting, final platting, boundary and topographic surveying services. Our firm also prepared a civil site plan including: grading, erosion control, storm water pollution prevention, utility (private-onsite fueling systems, public, and franchise), paving, and storm water management plans. In addition, cost opinions at various stages of the project were prepared. Anderson Bogert also provided construction administration. Construction of the Pilot Travel Center was substantially completed in 2018.
