PROJECT SUMMARY:
- Project consisted of site development of a 44-acre former church facility and farmland into a senior housing development campus including independent living, skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living
- Site development included roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, culverts, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, dog park, courtyard areas and multiple retention basin ponds
- Design included a storm water lift station to serve the building underground parking and service drives that could not drain by gravity to the retention ponds on site
- Included layouts for future building expansion on the site
- Included an added parking lot for Mercy with an aggressive schedule to have ready for use with about a 60 day notice
- Provided construction review assistance and construction staking
- Collaborated with Presbyterian Homes, Mercy Care, Senior Housing Partners and Pope Design Group and Conlon Construction to complete the project
