PROJECT SUMMARY: 

  • Project consisted of expansion of Golf Proshop, banquet space and indoor simulators
  • Reconstructed the golf cart access to the parking area and connecting paths near the Golf Proshop
  • Designed expansion and upgrade to the adjacent putting green and site entrance aesthetics
  • Site included significant earthwork to conform with multiple levels to the building within a tight space to maximize the putting green and not impact the driving range facility
  • Provided construction review assistance and construction staking
  • Collaborated with Modern Design Architects to complete the project
