PROJECT SUMMARY:
- Project consisted of construction of a new bank branch building on the existing bank site in Marion
- Developed and coordinated a temporary branch site down the street along 7th Avenue in order to maintain their clients during the construction of the new bank facility
- Site development included a new building, underground storm water detention, sidewalks, parking lot, trash enclosure and a bank drive up lane
- Collaborated with OPN Architects and Design Engineers to coordinate the building location, elevation and the utilities.
- Provided construction review assistance and construction staking
