Armar Drive Roadway Extension

LOCATION: MARION, ARMAR DRIVE EXTENSION

CLIENT: CITY OF MARION

Project Description: This project involves a full roadway construction of Armar Drive from the existing termination point (in Cedar Rapids) south to Hwy 100, as well as construction of a right turn lane on Hwy 100 to Armar Drive. The project provided alternative access to existing residential and commercial development in the area and included roadway, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer improvements. Services included topographic and boundary surveying, design, easement and right-of-way plats and coordination, plan preparation with submittals to the City of Marion and Iowa DOT, and bid phase services. Construction was significantly complete in 2017.
