CLIENT: LINN COUNTY CONSERVATION BOARD

Project Description: Anderson Bogert provided survey and design services for phases 2 and 3 of the Cedar Valley Nature Trail, from County Home Road to Schultz Road.  This project consisted of approximately 6.8 miles of grading, culverts, subdrains, subbase, and HMA paving.  Porous HMA pavement was placed in select locations to aid in stormwater management.  This project also included a trail underpass structure at Lafayette Road consisting of a precast box culvert, which featured some aesthetic treatments on the end sections. Construction took place in 2012.

Project Construction Opinion: $1,925,000.00
